Are you on the list? Meet the startups on the PITCH shortlist

January 29, 2016 by Claire Petersen

PITCH. A pitching competition where startups battle it out to be crowned 2016’s best startup. Today we’re excited to announce the shortlist.

Startups will take to the stage for seven minutes: four minutes to pitch their idea followed by a two minute Q&A from our judging panel. The panel features heavyweights such as Di-Ann Eisnor of Waze and Sachin Bansal of Flipkart.

The companies will pitch in groups of eight for the first round on Tuesday, February 23, with just eight proceeding to the semi-finals on the same day.

It’s all going down on the dedicated SURGE Pitching Stage.

Eventually, three startups will then fight it out in the final on Centre Stage on Wednesday, February 24 for the title of SURGE’s best startup.
